**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide academic and administrative leadership in line with CBSE norms.
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.
- Guide and support teachers in curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, manage affiliations, examinations, and academic planning.

- Lead initiatives to enhance student outcomes, extracurricular activities, and school reputation.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Education/School Leadership).
- B.Ed. (Mandatory as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience with at least 3-5 years in a school leadership role (as Principal/Vice Principal/Coordinator).
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
