Razorpay is building a new-age digital banking hub (Neobank) for businesses in India with the mission is to enable frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses of all shapes and sizes. What started as a B2B payments company is processing billions of dollars of payments for lakhs of businesses across India.
- We are a full-stack financial services organisation, committed to helping Indian businesses with comprehensive and innovative payment and business banking solutions built over robust technology to address the entire length and breadth of the payment and banking journey for any business. Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and provide timely, courteous, and professional assistance to partners.
- Conduct product or service demos for potential partners and clients, addressing queries and showcasing key benefits.
- Work on-field twice a week across Bangalore for meetings with Chartered Accountants
- Assist with outbound projects, campaigns, and partner outreach efforts as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of partner interactions and update internal CRM or tracking systems consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for new and existing partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree with **1-2 years of experience**, OR
MBA graduate with **1 year of experience** in business development, partnerships, customer success, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Experience in client facing or Partner Facing role.
- Ability to explain products and conduct demos confidently.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore twice a week for field activities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in B2B outreach or partner management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry best practices.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
