**Job Purpose-**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation and management of KPIs and other reporting tools
- Provide financial analysis and modelling for strategic planning initiatives
- Support the process of budgeting and forecasting, with the ability to communicate outcomes, risks and opportunities to senior finance leadership.
- Analyze financial variances to plan/forecast, identify trends and help drive business performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, budget scenarios and forecast templates
- Work with accounting teams to ensure accurate, timely and efficient monthly close procedures, as well as support annual statutory audits
- Communicate business issues and recommend solutions clearly and concisely to senior management
- Develop management reporting, produce monthly reviews and analytics to assist business units and senior management with decision-making
- Seek to maintain a high level of customer service - both internal and external
