**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Manage classroom behavior in a positive and effective manner.
- Foster a supportive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- **Child Development**:

- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of each child.
- Provide individualized support to address each child’s needs.
- Encourage social and emotional development through cooperative play and activities.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and caregivers.
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences to discuss children’s progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and training sessions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Keep accurate records of attendance, developmental milestones, and any concerns.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports and other required documentation.
- Assist with organizing school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- State teaching certification/licensure for pre-primary education (if applicable).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood educational theories and practices.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing disposition.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
