- Provide detailed information about course content, fees, schedules, and career prospects.
- Counsel students on career opportunities and market trends in IT and software.
- Address student queries and concerns regarding courses and admissions.
- Collaborate with trainers and management to ensure effective student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a background in education or counseling is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and address student needs effectively.
