**Responsibilities**:

- **Pickup and Delivery**:

- Collect mobile phones from the mobile repair shop and transport them to the designated repair facility.
- Ensure the safe and secure transportation of phones to and from the repair center.
- Maintain a record of all pickups and deliveries, including details of the phones and their condition.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with customers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Provide updates on the repair status to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the repair center to relay any specific customer instructions or concerns.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct basic checks on phones during pickup to document any existing damage or issues.
- Verify the repaired phones against the customer's specifications before returning them.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including pickup and delivery logs, repair statuses, and customer communication.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed correctly and promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or familiarity with mobile devices is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Driving Skills**:

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving and navigating through various locations.
- **Customer Focus**:

- A customer-centric mindset, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
