**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive training in **Java and Python**, covering both frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and backend (Spring Boot, Django/Flask).
- Create and customize training content, assignments, live projects, and assessments.
- Conduct online/live sessions, workshops, code-alongs, and Q&A sessions.
- Evaluate learners through tests, code reviews, and project feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and modern development practices.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to learners.

**Skills & Technologies Required: Frontend**:

- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frameworks/Libraries: React.js or Angular
- REST API integration
- Responsive design (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS)

**Backend**:

- **Java**: Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot
- **Python**: Core Python, Flask, Django, ORM
- RESTful API development
- Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth)

**Database**:

- MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB

**Dev Tools & Other Skills**:

- Git, GitHub
- VS Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse
- Postman
- Docker basics (optional)
- Agile methodology knowledge

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer/instructor.
- Strong portfolio of past teaching/training programs or public content (YouTube, Udemy, etc. preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
