Emea Services Proposal Writer

The role is to support the Services and Solutions department in EMEA. The proposal writer will work closely with the Solutions Architect during solutioning within the pre sales process to create Services Proposal that clearly articulates the scope, deliverables and commercials as well as its associated RAID. Once the service proposal has been clearly defined, the role will require working with the legal teams to turn a proposal into a Statement of Work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively work within the Pre-Sales function and Solution Architect to produce service proposals and covert into Statements of Work to the required timeframes
- To take a set of requirements and collaborate with a Solution Architect to create a document outlining what Zones will deliver as part of their solution/service offering
- To understand factors that commercially protect Zones within a service proposal such as RAID and Out of Scope
- Deliver Concise and professional Statements of Work according to Strict Deadlines.
- To discuss documentation with internal and external stakeholders and clarify any requirements.
- Manage Document versions effectively in line with internal Policy.
- Classify, Create and Manage templates (response libraries) to increase efficiency.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
Mandatory:

- 2 Year minimum experience working withing a Project Management and Services Framework or in a Position responsible for creating and curating commercial and legal documentation.
- Understanding of Project Management and Service Delivery and overall project governance
- Ability to pull from multiple stakeholders and hold them accountable to deliver requirements.
- Ability to liaise with Technical Resource and SMEs and convert their input into a Customer Facing Document.
- Able to use their own initiative and is a self starter.
- Good Commercial Acumen and Understanding of commercial and legal agreements and wording.
- Excellent English Language Skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience working with C-level constituents.
- Understanding of Service Agreements / SLAs / KPIs etc.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to proactively develop and improve processes to facilitate efficiency.
- Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- Expert Proficiency with MS Word.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Able to work European Business Hours (09:00 - 17:30 GMT / BST).

Preferred
- Experience within the Technology Services Industry / Working for a Managed Service Provider.
