- Responsibility_
- This position involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes. The R2R associate works closely with the R2R lead or manager to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Should have sound Record to Report knowledge._
- _Assist in maintaining and updating the general ledger, including recording journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy._
- _Conduct periodic reconciliations of various accounts, such as bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable._
- _Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines._
- _Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, collaborating with auditors and management._
- _Keep accurate records and documentation of financial transactions, reconciliations, and procedures._
- _Collaborate with various departments to provide financial information and address inquiries._
- _Support the financial close process by preparing and organizing financial data, working with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines._
- _Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field._
- _Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards._
- _IT skills: ERP (Blackline/SAP/Ariba/Alteryx), MS Office_
- _Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing RTR Ops_

- Preferred qualifications_
- _Chartered Accountants (CAs) will be more preferred._
- _Good Written & Verbal Communication_
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
