Issuance Services Group (ISG) is a Middle Office Group supporting Origination and Distribution teams based in Frankfurt and India. The primary role of ISG is to provide issuance/launch and lifecycle management for Securitised Derivative Products across all asset classes like equities, Rates, FX, Commodities, Credits and Funds. ISG is organized around two main core functions. Control (product set up and lifecycle management) and Documentation (this is a para legal activity involving creation and management of legal documentation supporting the go live of the products). ISG handles entire Front to Back flow of a Structured product which includes set up, Life Cycle events (Coupons and Redemptions) any Corporate Action events.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Managing creation and deposition of Global Security with depositories, clearing agents and internal teams on or before issuance of a new product.
- _Understanding of Swift’s formats like MT 202,103,299,599 etc. _
- _Payment processing activities by liasing with multiple Stakeholders. _
- _Corporate Action events like coupon, Redemption and Dividend events to be processed for Structured products. _
- Ensuring cost reduction of custodial fees by adhering to mark down procedures. Deposition of additional securities with clearing agent to cover the short fall of inventory in clearing agents. - Managing exercise and redemption process of Certificates & Warrants with exchanging, clearing agents and front office.
- Identifying operational risks proactively and mitigating appropriately. Ensure process documentation is relevant and updated regularly as per the audit standards. Actively support transformation and/or optimization initiatives to improve the efficiency/effectiveness of the process.
- Provide support to the Front Office and TMG with daily issues, which may include troubleshooting problems arising on an ad-hoc basis or reacting to market driven demands such as prioritizing issuance.
- _Demonstrate a proactive approach to all activities and create the environment for others to emulate this behavior. _
- _Ensuring closure of tasks within prescribed SLAs _. _

**Your skills and experience**
- _Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in derivatives or related products. _
- _Must have a strong knowledge of _Financial Services Industry, including investment fundamentals (eg core principles of equities, FX & Commodities, corporate actions, derivatives). _
- _Should own & resolve complex issues independently and guide the team in resolving the same. _
- _Must have strong analytical skills, must be detail oriented. _
- _Must be a team player who is willing to work in groups across multiple locations. _
- _Needs to be good in Communication and have a good command over English language. _
- _Will be expected to develop credibility and a good reputation and demonstrate integrity with clients and colleagues. _
- _Must be prepared to work in a shift supporting UK business hours. _
- _Should be able to lead teams across time zones. _
- _Good understanding and appreciation of Operational Risk - How it is caused, How to identify it, _
- where to escalate it. _
