**Powder Coater for Paint Shop - One Position - Air Conditioner Manufacturing Industries**

**Work Location: Nashik** - **Wadi-ware Plant
- 13 km away from Nashik city**
- Experience in managing production and teams.
- Knowledge of production processes, assembly lines, and machines and powder coating
- Ability to perform powder coating based on requirements.
- Maintain equipment in a safe condition.
- Ensure coating is completed within the scheduled time-frame.
- Strong technical knowledge of powder coating as well as press shop
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Responsible for all pre-treatment and powder coating activities.
- Control material powder consumption and achieve productivity standards.
- Handle spray PT line and conduct tests such as hardness, scratch, cross-cut, and impact tests.
- Good knowledge of auto guns and their parts.
- Familiarity with punching presses, power presses, press breaks, and welding processes.
- Effective management of operators and workers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
