**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, verify, and organize required documentation from clients
- Schedule visa appointments and track submission deadlines
- Stay up to date with changing embassy/consulate regulations
- Maintain communication with clients to clarify requirements and follow-ups
- Liaise with consulates, embassies, and visa centers as needed
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: travel, administration, or law)
- Prior experience in visa processing is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & local language)
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with VFS/BLS/embassy portals (UKVI, Schengen, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

**Preferred Skills**
- Multilingual skills (especially for clients from diverse regions)
- Experience in study abroad, immigration, or travel agency settings
- CRM knowledge for tracking client progress
