**Job description**

AM / DM - Onboarding (Payment Gateway)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Payment Gateway Merchant
Onboarding team. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding merchants to our Payment
Gateway platform. You will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process.

**Responsibilities**:
activation - compliance & internal configurations end to end
- Identify and resolve any potential issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain onboarding documents, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain close relationships with internal and partner banks to ensure successful onboarding of

merchants.
- Experienced in facilitating audits
- Drive existing process improvement initiatives
- Key participation in automation of onboarding process
- Keep updated on payment processing industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Document creation - SOPs, Checklists
- Develop and implement training plans to ensure team members stay up to date on relevant

technologies and processes
- Good communication skills - ability to connect and get tasks accomplished with internal

stakeholders
- Well versed with MS-Office especially Excel PPT

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
