**Job Title**: PRT - English Teacher

**Reporting To**: Academic Coordinator / Principal

**Job Type**: Full-Time
- **Job Summary**:

- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Learning**:

- Teach English language and literature to primary school students (Grades 1-5).
- Plan and deliver creative and age-appropriate lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum (CBSE).
- Focus on the development of vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English.
- Use storytelling, phonics, games, and other interactive strategies to enhance learning.
- **Assessment & Reporting**:

- Prepare and evaluate classwork, homework, assignments, and tests.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Share progress updates and development reports with parents during PTMs and as needed.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish a positive, supportive, and well-disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage student participation and build confidence in communication.
- **Professional Growth & Collaboration**:

- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school events.
- **Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field.
- B.Ed. (Diploma/Bachelor in Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English at the primary level preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and language development.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and classroom technology is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
