Our client is an open finance B2B ecosystem enabler which specialises in offering differentiated financial products and empowering financial institutions with greater reach through a secure, scalable and easy to integrate API platform. This platform is highly customisable and modular and significantly reduces the integration efforts of consumer tech players to launch financial products like savings accounts, deposits and lending services. Founded in 2021 by ex bankers, our Mumbai based client recently raised $4 mn in seed round from QED Investors and some leading fintech founders.

**About the Job**

As a UI/UX designer, you will be working with folks in the product team to envisage the end-user experience for various financial services products in a competitive space to bring an engaging and delightful customer experience. You will be using market analysis, customer feedback, and insights from data to iteratively refine the design and achieve excellence.

What you will do:

- Developing mock-ups for company’s development and design team
- Coordinating with the UI design team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design, and more
- Conducting competitive analyses of other websites & apps that operate in the same space
- Conducting usability tests on each independent type of page on the website and create a report showcasing your findings
- Preparing customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions
- Participating in creating a content development strategy

What you need to have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Design, Development, or Engineering required
- Proficiency in design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, or Figma
- Understanding of the B2B2C marketplace and the functions of the Fintech market
- Experience preparing detailed competitive and consumer analyses
