- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati/Marathi/Punjabi
- Ability to understand customers issue and point of view and answering his queries accordingly
- Self-starter with a natural curiosity to learn new skills in an Ever-changing environment Good presentation skills.
- Fresh Desk Knowledge would be added benefit
