**Role**: As a Logistic Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efficient movement of goods and materials to ensure timely delivery to customers and smooth operations within the logistics department. Your role will involve managing transportation logistics, optimizing routes, coordinating with suppliers and carriers, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Shipment Coordination**: Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from the origin to the final destination, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

**Carrier Management**: Identify and select reliable carriers, negotiate transportation rates, and maintain positive relationships with transportation partners to ensure high-quality service levels.

**Route Optimization**:Analyze transportation routes to minimize costs, reduce delivery lead times, and improve overall efficiency.

**Tracking**: Monitor the movement of shipments, track delivery progress, and communicate any potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.

**Documentation**: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping invoices, and customs clearance documents.

**Problem Resolution**: Act as a point of contact for any logistics-related issues or complaints, promptly resolving problems to maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

**Cost Control**: Implement cost-effective transportation strategies, optimize freight rates, and explore opportunities to reduce transportation expenses.

**Performance Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on transportation metrics, such as delivery performance, transportation costs, and efficiency KPIs, to be presented to management.

Safety and Quality: Promote and enforce safety measures within transportation operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and guidelines.

**Skills**: -, Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, Good Communication Skill, Good Negotiation Skill, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

**Knowledge**: - Any Graduate with experience one-to-two-year experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts

Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)

Familiarity with Facility management and warehousing principles

**Other parameter**: Confident, Honest,, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently,

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
