**Role: Ecommerce Executive only from Jewellery Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Product listing - identifying and uploading top-selling SKUs
- Creating and optimizing **A+ content and product listings**:

- Coordinating and managing **FBA shipments**:

- Providing inputs for pricing files and strategies
- Daily inventory and price updates
- Ensuring Buy Box placement for all listed products
- Processing orders and managing fulfillment
- Handling returns and processing refunds
- Managing seller ratings and customer reviews
- Handling disputes and escalations
- Planning and executing promotions
- Ensuring compliance with trust and safety standards
- Managing WFS (Warehouse Fulfillment Services)
- Adhering to all marketplace Seller Account policies
- Creating and maintaining sales and account health MIS reports

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
