BRIEF DESCRIPTION
We are looking for 1-2 years experienced System Administrator.
**Job Description**:
- Provide IT helpdesk support for internal users
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support for both Desktop/Laptop hardware and software issues.
- Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk requests.
- Patching and security audit of systems
- Maintain IT Operation’s documentations as per ISO27001 standards
- Set up user accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Handle online meetings & provide support through remotely.
- Attend to LAN/Wi-Fi issues
Primary Skills
- 1 - 2 Years of Experience in system administration
- Experienced in Desktop OS( Windows 10,Ubuntu, MAC OS) administration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux Server Administration
- Knowledge of LAN, Wireless Network
- Exposure in cloud services like Azure, M365
- Familiarity with networking protocols and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Secondary Skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
Certifications Required
- Microsoft, Linux or Networking Certification related to IT infra is preferred
