**Job Summary**:
The Bellboy is responsible for assisting guests with their luggage and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. They provide high-quality customer service and offer guests assistance with any requests related to their stay. Bellboys also play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient atmosphere in the hotel lobby.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Assistance**:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and other needs.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide them with necessary information about the hotel amenities, services, and local area.
- Offer help with unpacking or packing luggage if requested by the guest.
- Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis, car rentals, or airport shuttles.
- Answer guest questions and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
**2. Luggage Handling**:
- Safely handle guest luggage, ensuring it is delivered to the correct room in a timely and efficient manner.
- Store luggage for guests who are checking in or out, as required, and ensure it is securely handled.
- Ensure luggage carts are clean, well-maintained, and stocked.
**3. Front Desk Support**:
- Assist the front desk team with checking in guests, providing room keys, and other duties as needed.
**4. Guest Relations & Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction.
- Offer local information or recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and services.
**5. Maintaining Cleanliness**:
- Ensure the lobby, entrance, and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized.
- Assist with maintaining the appearance of the hotel’s public spaces by reporting maintenance issues or concerns.
**6. Safety & Security**:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings, following hotel procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure proper handling of guest property.
**7. Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, including the housekeeping, concierge, and front desk teams, to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and training to maintain high levels of service.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 25-30 kg).
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to work outdoors or in varying weather conditions when assisting with guest arrivals/departures.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
