The role is for a MSME organisation that entails the following responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment and Onboarding**:
- Post job openings and manage recruitment processes.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection.
- Handle employee on boarding, including paperwork and training.
- Set up and manage employee performance evaluation systems.
- Manage resignation processes, including exit interviews and clearance.
2. **Payroll and Attendance**:
- Maintain attendance records of labour and track working hours.
- Process employee salaries, overtime, and other benefits.
- Set-up bonus systems for employees
3. **Compliance and Policies**:
- Draft, implement, and update company policies and employee handbooks.
4. **Budgeting and Financial Planning**:
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for production and operations.
- Track actual performance against budgeted numbers.
5. **Receivables**:.
- Follow up on receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring cost control
6. **Reporting**:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support management with insights for strategic decisions.
7. **Funding**
- Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
