**Roles & Responsibilities**:
v Evaluate and diagnose Speech, Language, communication and swallowing disorders.

v Administer standardized tests and tools for evaluation.

v Preparing detailed assessment reports.

v Work on conversion (enrolling the patient for Speech & Language therapy)

v Design and revise monthly goal plans and intervention plans.

v Discuss the progress at the end of every month and take signed feedback from parents

v Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with parents (retention in therapy)

v Re-evaluate and prepare quarterly progress reports of the patient.

v Maintaining all records/documents of the child.

v Session reporting on attendance sheets.

v Maintaining records on MBOPs.

Maintaining a healthy work relationship with centre head, co-workers and reporting manager.
