**What You’ll Be Doing**

As an SDET II in Betterworks, you will be required to,- Acquiring deep domain and product knowledge to understand business impacts.- Designing detailed test plans, writing effective test cases, and executing them.- Reviewing PRs to improve test coverage and identify quality risks.- Performing API testing, debugging, and automation.- Contributing to functional and non-functional test automation frameworks.- Maintaining and executing CI/CD pipelines with a focus on quality gates.- Performing regression testing and participating in release cycles.- Validating logs, monitoring metrics, and performing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) on customer defects.- Participating in agile ceremonies and advocating for quality throughout the SDLC.

**What’ll Help You Be Successful**
- 5+ years of manual testing experience with strong test case design skills.- 0-1+ years of experience with test automation tools like Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO.- 3+ years of hands-on API testing, and debugging experience.- Experience writing test cases, test plans, or mind maps for features.- Prior experience owning feature quality end-to-end.- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipelines.-
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey quality concerns.- Accountability and ownership mindset for product quality.
