**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and maintain scalable, robust, and secure enterprise data architecture.
- Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end data solutions across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Evaluate and select appropriate data management technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Ensure data governance, data quality, privacy, and security standards are implemented effectively.
- Mentor and guide data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Define and maintain data modeling standards and best practices.
- Optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and reliability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in data architecture and engineering.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 2+ years in a data architecture or leadership role.
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and data warehousing solutions.
- Strong experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native data services.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in cloud data architecture (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Cloud Data Engineer).
- Experience with real-time data streaming tools (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.).

Pay: ₹830,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
