**Job Title: Social Media Expert**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **social media strategies** to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on platforms such as **Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.,**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including **posts, videos, stories and ads**.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to adapt strategies.
- Track and analyze key **social media performance metrics** (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
- Respond to **audience interactions**, comments, and messages promptly to foster engagement.
- Collaborate with the **marketing team, designers and content creators** to align social media content with brand goals.
- Run paid social media campaigns and **optimize ad performance**.
- Stay updated with the latest **social media tools, algorithms and industry trends**.

**Requirements**:

- **3 to 5 years** of proven experience as a **Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist or similar role**.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Experience with **social media analytics tools** (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in **content creation**, including graphics, short videos and copywriting.
- Experience with **paid social media advertising** and campaign optimization.
- Strong understanding of **SEO and digital marketing trends**.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of **graphic design tools** (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
- Experience in influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an analytical mindset to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

**Experience**: 3-5 Years

**Salary**: Compensation will commensurate with your experience.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
