Customer Service Representative

The job is mainly concerned with dealing with customer with regards to updating them with the status of their orders and following up with the different production stages. The work also involves regular follow ups with the production team and getting the materials ready for the customers with urgency.
The following are the requirements for the job:
1. Should know hindi, assamese. Bengali and english is not compulsory but useful. Hindi should be good.

2. Prior experience in customer calling in any department is a plus

3. Should be soft spoken, clear voice, friendly talking manner.

4. basic knowledge in excel is a plus

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
