**Functional Responsibilities**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Develop engaging online content including click bait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyses content success
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Use Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, and other relevant sites
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms
- Indentify trends & insights and optimize spend & performance based on the insights.
- Work with various content formats such as blogs, videos, audio podcasts, etc.
- Track the website traffic flow
- Implement and analyse performance metrics
- Provide internal reports on a regular basis
- Execute new and creative collaborations among technologies and platforms

**Education : -** Diploma/Graduation in Digital Marketing

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 yr in Digital Marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
