QUALIFICATIONS:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in education, communication, or a related field is preferred. Experience in teaching or presenting is a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in hosting live educational sessions, webinars, or events is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging way.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with live streaming platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.) and educational tools (e.g., polls, quizzes, breakout rooms) is essential.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences and create a positive learning environment.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations during live sessions with professionalism and grace.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain a focus on the schedule, content, and student interactions to ensure a smooth class experience.
