**Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience and Visitor Engagement Service**
- Be an ambassador for the museum, ensuring every guest has an inclusive, culturally appropriate, and memorable experience.
- Treat guests with respect, providing friendly and courteous communication while orienting them to the building, exhibits, and programs.
- Offer excellent guest service through proactive and thoughtful interactions.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-centric culture.
- Handle guest queries/complaints and amicably resolve concerns.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure safety in high-traffic areas.
- Facilitate and manage exhibit spaces and components.
- Collect and communicate guest feedback and suggestions.
- Perform daily opening/closing protocols, including cleaning, restocking, and preparation of program materials.

**Exhibit Area & Knowledge**
- Develop a deep understanding of the museum’s philosophy and educational objectives.
- Understand and stay updated with exhibit and program initiatives.
- Participate in training programs to enhance guest interactions.
- Collaborate with other museum staff to ensure smooth operations and maintain exhibit areas.
- Maintain inventory records of consumables and exhibit props.
- Promote museum memberships, special offers, and merchandise.

**Schools, Events & Workshops**
- Conduct scheduled educational programs, workshops, or demonstrations aligned with the museum's mission.
- Manage groups of children from schools, birthday parties, and other special activities.

**Safety & Security**
- Ensure a safe environment for all guests, especially children.
- Report any safety or performance issues related to exhibit components.
- Adhere to all museum policies and procedures.
- Assist guests in case of incidents or emergency situations.
- Take ownership of facility safety, reporting and following up on necessary repairs or changes.
- Attend training and be prepared to perform emergency procedures (e.g., fire evacuation, accident reporting).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
