**Hiring for the Vice Principal for the International School**

**Required Qualification & Experience**:
Master’s Degree with B.Ed/ M.Ed

Min 15-20 years of teaching experience, out of which Min 5 - 8 years as HM / Vice Principal (preferably ICSE/CBSE background)

**Required skills**:

- Excellent Communication, Leadership, Efficient Management, Computer Knowledge,
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Principal in all the areas of activities of school.
- Should involve in classroom observations as and when required and discuss the same with the Principal.
- Preparing and maintaining schedules of academic calendar and other activities.
- Analyzing the results (Performance) of students in every assessment and exam.

To provide counselling and guidance to students regarding academic, personal and behavioral issues.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
