**Job Title: Camp Boss Supervisor**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Camp Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the camp, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all personnel.
- Supervise the camp staff, including cooks, housekeeping, maintenance, and security personnel.
- Ensure proper functioning of all camp facilities such as kitchens, bathrooms, dormitories, and recreational areas.
- **Staff Supervision & Training**:
- Manage camp staff schedules, responsibilities, and performance.
- Provide training to staff on food safety, hygiene, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Ensure staff compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- **Health and Safety**:
- Monitor the health and safety of camp residents by enforcing health standards and safety protocols.
- Coordinate medical emergency response and ensure first aid services are available.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards for fire, food handling, waste disposal, and hygiene.
- **Logistics and Supply Management**:
- Oversee inventory management, including food supplies, cleaning materials, and camp equipment.
- Coordinate the delivery and storage of supplies to ensure continuous operation.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling procedures, adhering to environmental guidelines.
- **Catering & Meal Services**:
- Supervise the kitchen and food service operations to ensure nutritious meals are prepared and served on time.
- Ensure that dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, allergies) are met for all workers.
- Monitor the quality and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
- **Accommodation & Facilities Maintenance**:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of accommodation facilities.
- Ensure that rooms, common areas, and recreational spaces are well-maintained and equipped.
- Address any maintenance issues promptly and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- **Budget & Cost Control**:
- Manage the camp budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality and safety.
- **Communication & Reporting**:
- Act as the point of contact for camp-related issues between management, workers, and the mining site.
- Provide regular reports on camp operations, staffing, and issues to upper management.
- Ensure clear communication regarding camp rules, schedules, and emergency procedures.
- **Compliance and Legal Requirements**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, health regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and practices, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
