**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create **innovative and functional interior design concepts** for residential, commercial, and healthcare projects.
- Prepare **detailed working drawings, layouts, and 3D views**.
- Possess **strong material knowledge** and ability to identify finishes and textures suitable for each project.
- Prepare **detailed specifications, BOQs, and tender documents**.
- Coordinate with **clients, vendors, and contractors** for design execution.
- Conduct **site visits** to ensure quality, detailing, and design implementation.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and design accuracy.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- _Senior Designer:_ 6-8 years
- _Junior Designer:_ 2-4 years
- **Software Skills**: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/V-Ray, Photoshop, MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, and construction details**.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
