IT Support Expert for Microsoft Office

**Your tasks**:
- Consultation, provision, and final testing of recommended security, update, and general settings in the R&S environment for Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019, as well as the documentation of the change for administrators and end users in the form of FAQ pages and manuals. Acceptance and processing of tickets assigned to technical service. Coordination with other interfaces (e.g. Outlook/Teams or Add-ins) that arise during the completion of tasks should be carried out where necessary.

**Your qualifications**:
- In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019 In-depth knowledge of possible security, update, and general settings in Office 2019 and Microsoft Office Apps In-depth knowledge of the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plugins used in Microsoft Office Apps and Office 2019 In-depth knowledge of creating templates for Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A Microsoft Certification would be preferred.-
