**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Research Participant Coordinator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth participant management for our research studies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating logistics, managing data on Excel/Google Sheets, and working with digital tools like Zoom and DocuSign.
- Coordinate with our recruiters to gather participant details and keep researchers informed of participant status.
- Conduct basic backchecks to validate participant information.
- Maintain accurate records of participant details using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Assist participants in onboarding to research platforms like Google Meet and Zoom.
- Ensure all necessary NDAs are signed using digital signature tools like DocuSign.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi (proficiency in both is mandatory).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track multiple participants efficiently.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with structured data.
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new digital tools as needed.
- A proactive communicator who can coordinate seamlessly between recruiters, researchers, and participants.
