**Job Overview**:
You should be comfortable working in **Agile/Scrum** environments, managing tasks through **Jira**, and translating business needs into scalable, actionable solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Prepare detailed **BRDs (Business Requirement Documents)** and **FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)**.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure business objectives are met.
- Act as the bridge between business teams and developers for projects using **PHP, WordPress, and Shopify**.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Use **Jira** to manage user stories, bugs, and sprint tasks.
- Assist in creating **SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)** for recurring workflows and support processes.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Ensure successful implementation of solutions by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3+ years of experience** as a Business Analyst in a web development or eCommerce environment.
- Strong expertise in **PHP**, **WordPress**, and **Shopify** platforms.
- Proven experience in writing **BRDs** and **FRDs**.
- Deep understanding of **Agile** and **Scrum** methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with **Jira** or similar project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal **communication skills**.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Nice to Have**:

- Basic technical knowledge in PHP or front-end development.
- Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Confluence, or Figma.
