Coordinate project team meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Own preparation of project reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Prepare various MIS reports including timesheets, dashboards and monthly SLA/KPI’s
- Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date and accurate.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate, as necessary.
- Support project managers in managing project scope, including change requests and scope creep.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management processes and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience in project coordination or related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA and BI reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Power point
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
