- Preparation and finalization of standalone and consolidated financial statements with schedule preparation of the Company under Ind AS/ IFRS monthly.
- Preparation and finalization of quarterly financial statements schedule preparation under Ind AS and IFRS for the current and prior years.
- Overall responsible for finalizing statutory audit of standalone and CONSOL FS, ICFR by statutory auditors and management testing of ICFR & reporting.
- Overall, in charge of the quarterly limited review of the standalone and quarterly financials through the external statutory auditors.
- Supporting and timely closure of internal audits.
- Technical expert for various existing and potential accounting matters. Discussion with external technical consultants, preparation, and finalization of accounting memos for the reporting.
- Responsible for the implementation and effective operation of the FSCP controls.
- Develop and implement the SOPs for the standalone and subsidiary entities with respect to book closure, and financial finalization.
- Coordinate with the Finance Automation team to enhance the reporting requirements through system automation.
- ERP implementation for the companies.
- Ensuring timely completion of all GL related activities
- Fixed Asset accounting and reconciliation
- Review of Bank Reconciliation Statement
- Preparation of monthly GST working, filing and payment, GST Audit, GST Annual return etc.
- Co-ordinate with tax consultants (Direct and Indirect tax) during assessment, return filings, etc.
- Managing Audit assignments like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, IFC Audit, Tax, TP etc.
- Compliance of SEZ & Non-SEZ regulations
