We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Data Center Manager** to guide us in establishing a cutting-edge data center warehousing facility. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a new venture and play a pivotal role in its planning, design, and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Planning**: Advise on the design, layout, and requirements for setting up a data center, including space, power, cooling, and security considerations.
- **Infrastructure Development**: Collaborate with contractors and vendors to source and implement data center infrastructure such as racks, cooling systems, power supply, and backup solutions.
- **Technology Consultation**: Recommend hardware, software, and network configurations suitable for data center warehousing and storage needs.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure the setup complies with industry standards, local regulations, and certifications like ISO 27001, TIA-942, or Uptime Institute standards.
- **Operations Management**: Develop processes for monitoring, maintenance, and disaster recovery to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- **Cost Analysis**: Assist in budget planning, vendor negotiations, and operational cost estimation.
- **Team Building**: Recruit and manage a team to support ongoing operations, including IT technicians and maintenance staff.
- **Knowledge Sharing**: Provide regular updates and documentation to educate the leadership team about data center best practices and operational needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in managing or setting up data centers or large-scale IT facilities.
- In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, power distribution, cooling systems, and network architectures.
- Familiarity with industry standards, compliance requirements, and certifications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud-based and hybrid data center models.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in data storage, virtualization, and green energy solutions.
- Familiarity with warehousing operations and logistics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
