**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the architecture and deployment of Microsoft Intune-based solutions for device lifecycle management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Design and implement modern management policies including Autopilot, MDM, MAM, compliance policies, conditional access, and configuration profiles.
- Integrate Intune with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender, and other security solutions.
- Collaborate with IT Security to ensure endpoint security policies meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including high-level and low-level designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering and support teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Intune-related issues, acting as a Tier 3 escalation point.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve enterprise device management capabilities.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years specifically as an Intune Architect or Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access, and MFA.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Windows 365 is a plus.
- Deep understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and mobility standards.
- Experience with Co-Management (Intune + Configuration Manager) is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
