If you're obsessed with reels, ads, clicks, hashtags, conversions, storytelling, or love cracking algorithms, you’re going to fit right in **What You’ll Be Doing** - Get ready for a hands-on experience across real-world marketing campaigns from Day 1_ - **Social Media Marketing**: Ideate and execute campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & more - **SEO/SEM**: Learn how to rank, optimise, and analyse traffic like a pro - **Performance Marketing**: Assist in running Google & Meta Ads (yes, you'll get to run real money ads) - **Marketing Automation Tools**: Get exposure to tools like HubSpot, Canva, Buffer, Mailchimp, etc. - **Brand Building**: Be part of early brand storytelling & identity crafting **What We’re Looking For** - We don’t care about fancy degrees - but we do care about drive, energy, and curiosity_ - Graduates/Post-Graduates in Marketing, Mass Comm, BBA, MBA, or related fields - Someone who’s active on digital platforms (and not just for scrolling) - Self-starters with a strong creative eye and a hunger to learn - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore (HSR Layout) - Minimum 6 months availability.
