**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Managing end-to-end compliances under GST- preparation/ reviewing tax computations and periodic GST returns
- Effectively understanding & responding to regular Indirect Tax queries of clients
- Assisting the team in litigation matters of clients including drafting replies to show cause notices, drafting appeals, attending personal hearing, representing the client before authorities, etc.
- Managing GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C assignments including maintaining all the relevant documents
- Managing IDT due diligence/ review assignments
- Assistance in preparation of draft proposals in line with detailed scope of work
- Taking active part in regular trainings conducted by the Firm
- Assisting seniors with respect to billings and tracking receivables

**Desired Profile**:

- Education: CA/ LLB with relevant exposure in Indirect Tax (0-2 years of experience)
- Post-qualification experience in GST and Customs including FTP, Service Tax, Central Excise, VAT/ CST, regulatory compliances and litigations
- Working knowledge of GST Portal and Indirect Tax laws including FTP
- Client facing experience is preferred

**Skill Set**:

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Good people management skills
- Strong MS Excel skills, along with good working knowledge of other MS Office programs
