**Work Hours**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Lead Management**: Assist in identifying and managing leads, guiding them through the process and working to close deals.
- **Inquiry Resolution**: Address and resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- **CRM Utilisation**: Utilise CRM software to track interactions, manage client information, and update records as necessary.
- **Problem Solving**: Provide effective solutions to client problems and escalate complex issues to higher management when needed.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and insights to help improve services and identify areas for enhancement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Recent graduates or individuals with a background in BPO/customer service are welcome to apply.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or BPO is advantageous but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with clients.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- **CRM Software**: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus; training will be provided.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
- **Organisational Skills**: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
