**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assess the service needs of clients and connect them with the correct service engineer or provide necessary solution
- Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
- coordinate with service engineer and ensure the better services are being provided to customer
- Generate spare part sale invoices if required
- Reading of technical reports and check whether the information is correctly updated or not
- Quite familiar with tally
- prepare and follow up of quotations
- Previous Experience in department of industrial product sales or service
- Comprehensive Industry Knowledge,
- Strong Customer-Facing Skills,
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication,
- Self-Motivated,
- Creative Problem-Solving,
- Degree/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/RAC/Fitter.
