At Hipra, we are actively searching for a new team member to join our Poultry Business Unit.

Our India subsidiary is searching for a talented individual to boost sales of strategic products, through the implementation of technical tasks related to specific projects of strategic interest.

Responsiabilities:

- Performance of the activities needed to carry out the programs and projects in his/her area (medical devices, guarantee contracts, Hipralink, etc.).
- Farm audits.
- Vaccination.
- Technical visits and sample collections.
- Follow-up contacts.
- Check-list of medical devices.
- Training tasks connected with “The Projects”.
- Detection of customer needs associated with “The Projects” or any other commercial opportunities of potential interest.
- Monthly reporting to the TMM and coordination with the commercial team.
- Visits with the TMM or specific members of the sales force, in order to promote or introduce “The Projects” where the technician participates. (This type of activity is never carried out alone).
- Customer knowledge, reporting of relevant information to the TMM and the commercial team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong hatchery optimization skills
- Deep understanding of incubation technology, including both single-stage and multi-stage systems
- Hands-on experience with In-Ovo technology, excellent hatchery monitoring abilities, and a techno-commercial approach to drive performance and efficiency.
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science or related field
- Competency in technical matters, methods, working in livestock environments.
- Fluent communication skills in oral and written local language and basic in English.
- Basic computer skills including the ability to work with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Previous poultry, swine or ruminant production experience considered an asset.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- 50-60% of the time will be spent travelling.
