**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop comprehensive and innovative lesson plans in alignment with the school's mathematics curriculum and educational standards. Incorporate a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and enhance student understanding.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Design and administer assessments to evaluate student comprehension and mastery of mathematical concepts. Analyze assessment data to identify student strengths and areas for growth, providing constructive feedback to support student learning.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, maintaining discipline and order while promoting active participation and collaboration among students. Establish clear expectations and routines to foster a respectful and supportive atmosphere.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, academic achievements, and areas for improvement. Foster open and constructive dialogue to support student success and address any concerns or challenges.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- Previous teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level, preferably in a matriculation school.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and willingness to incorporate technology into teaching practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current trends and best practices in mathematics education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
