About the Job & Role (Responsibilities includes but not limited to)
- You will own and conduct system design sessions and align to operations processes
- You will own & drive functionality / architecture design of Zoom’s next-gen Product Data Hub as a central platform to meet future needs, scalability, keeping industry-leading best-practices in mind
- Extensive hands on Oracle PDH configuration & coding experience to define SaaS & Subscription offerings like (standalone, bundles, one time charges, PSO, EDU, etc.) in an attribute based model to enable guided selling experience to the customer/partners.
- Experience in designing product data integrations with external systems.
- Ability to define conversions, std conversions per module, Security Roles & SOD to be configured
- Good understanding of how Subscription Order Management with Usages, Billing, and Invoicing
- Work with geographically distributed team comprised of product R&D, IT Engineering, and Operations teams
- Analyze & implement business use cases that are eligible for automation
- Author System Design documents and translate / articulate functional requirements clearly to engineers/QA team-members
- Perform complex data analysis and data profiling to support projects and research
- Partner with Development Teams (ETL, MDM) to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions
- In this role you will partner with business stakeholders, product owners and/or BSAs, and other cross functional IT engineering teams to lead the systems technical solutions including architecture refinement as per the need. The solve should be technically comprehensive enough to scale the targets of Zoom’s future business needs integrating with other rest of business eco systems.
- You will be collaborating with a global team to architect, design and implement high quality, testable, maintainable, optimal and production grade software in Oracle Cloud.
- Partner with multiple technology teams (eCommerce, SFDC, Oracle Cloud, Zuora, Cloud-Native tech in-house systems) to moderate the technical requirements, high level design with system integrations and convert them into understandable and executable format by engineers in the team to execute the same.
- Have a good understanding of Product Development and can comfortably work with agile development processes.
- Passionate about sharing your knowledge and experiences with a collaborative, balanced team.
- Present technical Architecture deliverables such as Ecosystem and Integration diagrams, Object and Data models, Business Process Flows, Micro-Service designs.
- Must be able to adapt to an evolving environment and set of responsibilities.
- This is a highly visible and critical role, reporting to the Head of Business Apps -QTC, offering the chance to be a change agent for the Quote to Cash transformation.

- Technically sound professional and hands on experience on MDM domain, Oracle PDH (on-Prem/cloud), Customer Master Data Mgmt, integrations with satellite systems
