Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- **Advanced AutoCAD proficiency** (2D drafting + basic 3D tools, dynamic blocks, X-refs, sheet sets).
- Hands-on experience producing fabrication or construction drawings (min. 2 years preferred).
- Sound understanding of **dimensions, tolerances, and material behaviour.**:

- Ability to interpret architectural / civil drawings and convert them into shop drawings.
- **Detail-oriented** with a knack for catching clashes and inconsistencies before they hit the shop floor.

Good-to-Have Extras
- Civil / Architectural diploma or B.E./B.Tech. (any discipline considered if CAD skills are strong).
- Exposure to **Revit, SketchUp, SolidWorks, or Rhino** for 3D modelling & visualisation.
- Basic knowledge of quantity take-offs or Bill-of-Materials generation.

What success looks like
- Drawings are **“right-first-time”**: mínimal back-and-forth, zero rework on the shop floor.
- Standard drawing turnaround**:≤ 24 hours** for routine tasks, **≤ 48 hours** for new products.
- A clearly structured **digital library** that any team member can navigate in seconds.
- Positive feedback from production supervisors and installation teams on clarity & usability.

Employment Details
