**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually appealing designs that align with project objectives.
- Develop visual narratives and storytelling through images, graphics, and design elements that effectively communicate messages.
- Create innovative and engaging designs across various platforms, including print, digital media, social media, and more.
- Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and designers to ensure visual and written elements are cohesive and complementary.
- Create mood boards, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Integrate and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency in color palettes, typography, and visual elements.
- Adapt designs to fit different platforms and mediums while optimizing user engagement and visual impact.
- Stay current with design trends, software advancements, and industry best practices to deliver cutting-edge visual solutions.
- Solve design challenges creatively, such as simplifying complex information for visual clarity and working within design constraints.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs on schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Min 5 years experience as a Creative Visualizer, Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and innovative design concepts.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and clients.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines.
- Problem-solving skills to tackle design challenges and find creative solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt designs to different platforms and project requirements.
- Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
