As part of this role, the technician will be responsible for handling a wide range of hydraulic tools and systems used in heavy industrial maintenance, construction, power plants, railways, oil & gas, and manufacturing sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform installation, servicing, repair, and calibration of hydraulic tools and equipment, including but not limited to:

- **Hydraulic Jacks (Toe Jacks, Bottle Jacks, Pancake Jacks)**:

- **Scissor Lifts and Hydraulic Platforms**:

- **Hydraulic Cylinders (Single/Double Acting, Hollow Plunger, High Tonnage)**:

- **Hydraulic Pullers (Mechanical & Hydraulic)**:

- **Hydraulic Pumps (Manual, Electric, Air-Driven, Torque Pumps)**:

- **Torque Wrenches (Square Drive, Low Profile, Pneumatic)**:

- **Nut Splitters, Flange Spreaders, Crimping Tools, and Cutters**:

- Conduct pressure testing, leakage testing, flow measurement, and troubleshooting of malfunctioning equipment.
- Provide on-site and in-house technical support to customers, ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution.
- Maintain accurate and timely service reports, equipment history records, and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Ensure tools and machines are handled, maintained, and stored as per OEM specifications.
- Coordinate with the inventory and service department for parts, replacements, and service kits.
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum **3-5 years of direct experience** in servicing or operating hydraulic tools and systems.
- Sound knowledge of hydraulic principles, flow-pressure calculations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, torque testers, etc.
- Physically fit and willing to travel for on-site support and services.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills with a safety-first mindset.
