Job Description: Sales Executive - Banking Sector

**Location**: Delhi
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, and other financial services.
- **Customer Acquisition**: Identify and acquire new customers by actively engaging in fieldwork, lead generation, and cold calling.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience and ensure customer retention.
- **Product Promotion**: Educate customers about various banking products and services, ensuring they choose solutions that meet their financial needs.
- **Cross-Selling**: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products such as loans, insurance, or investment services.
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales strategies and deliver better results.
- **Documentation**: Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documents as per KYC norms.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Minimum Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in banking or financial services. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
- **Sales Acumen**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet sales targets.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
